The project utilizes a double-reach stacker crane automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS) design, featuring a rational layout and high space utilization, capable of accommodating over 10,000 effective storage locations. It employs Hangcha Guozhi Intelligent's self-developed WMS/WCS intelligent management system, supporting various business modes such as full palletizing and picking, achieving an inbound/outbound efficiency of 140 pallets/hour. The solution adheres to the ISO9001 quality system, adopts standardized and modular design, and features comprehensive safety protection devices and fault-tolerant mechanisms. It provides a one-year warranty and lifetime technical support, delivering a turnkey project.
