This project involved the intelligent transformation and upgrade of an existing factory. During project delivery, Hangcha Guozhi Intelligent Equipment designed an optimal implementation plan to achieve "continuous transformation while production resumes," ensuring uninterrupted production capacity. Given the narrow on-site work aisles, robots employed high-precision laser SLAM and visual positioning technology to ensure safe and stable operation. Based on the project's processes and site conditions, the project efficiently integrated an Intelligent Material Management System (MCS) and an Intelligent Scheduling System (RCS) for algorithm optimization and matching. Optimal efficiency was achieved through optimal demand generation, task management, and path planning. The entire factory reduced manpower by 60%, improved cleanliness by 60%, increased automation by 90%, and reduced heavy manual labor by 98%.
