1. Hangcha Guozhi Intelligent Innovation adopts an "integrated delivery" model, overcoming numerous challenges in cargo transfer and engineering debugging encountered in previous large-scale overseas intelligent logistics projects. Domestically, it completes the joint testing and commissioning of logistics robots, equipment, production lines, and docking systems according to the on-site planning process. Upon completion, the logistics system, along with modules, PACK production lines, and prefabricated container production lines from partner manufacturers, is packaged and shipped to the overseas project site for immediate deployment. This significantly shortens the project implementation cycle and enables rapid project commissioning.

2. The project site work area is divided into two parts: MP line production and logistics & warehousing handling. Both adopt a fully flexible design, allowing for flexible adjustment of the number of robots based on logistics pace and site requirements.

3. The MP line production area uses lurking lifting robots and heavy-duty handling robots to handle semi-finished product handling and production line material distribution. The logistics & warehousing handling area uses reach truck robots and mini stacking robots to dock with high-bay racks and automated unloading equipment to handle palletized materials in and out of the warehouse and on the production line, completing the material handling tasks.

4. Based on vision, navigation, and laser multi-navigation fusion technology, Hangcha Guozhi's intelligent reach truck robot has a load capacity of 1.2T and a lifting height of 7m while achieving a high warehouse docking accuracy of ±10mm. It can automatically dock with material carts, product tooling carts, and production line machines to perform tasks such as material delivery to the production line and product assembly within the production line. The heavy-duty handling robot has a load capacity of 60T and a positioning accuracy of ±10mm. All robots involved in this project have passed UL certification.

5. The project employs multi-vehicle mixed-traffic technology to achieve comprehensive scheduling and collaborative planning for over 100 robots. Hangcha Guozhi's intelligent back-end scheduling system RCS integrates globally optimal cluster scheduling and configuration-free multi-vehicle path planning (MAPF) algorithms to achieve optimal task allocation, significantly improving traffic throughput and overall operational efficiency. RCS also supports interaction with multiple upper-layer systems (Web, mobile applications).
