The project's commissioning involved the integration and debugging of various equipment. Hangcha Guozhi Intelligent completed the racking construction, overhead crane debugging, and functional debugging and online deployment of five different types of robots in just two and a half months, and successfully completed the FAT test. Subsequently, it completed the automatic docking and debugging of multiple production lines, including module lines, PACK lines, power supply lines, prefabricated compartment lines, high-level racking, and unpacking areas, in just one month, while also completing the joint debugging and docking with multiple systems such as WMS and MES. This not only significantly shortened the commissioning time, but also completed all debugging work before packing and shipping, enabling the project to be ready to use immediately upon unpacking, thus facilitating the rapid production launch. Haichen Energy Storage's Texas factory covers an area of 480,000 square feet with an investment of nearly US$200 million, and plans to produce 10GWh of battery modules and systems annually. Currently, this project has become a model factory for intelligent energy storage Industry 4.0, providing successful experience for the overall export of large-scale industrial high-end equipment from China, and will also become a milestone for Hangcha Guozhi Intelligent's overseas projects in the robotic energy storage industry.
