Phase I of the Project (2023):

Hangcha Guozhi Intelligent provided a full-process intelligent warehousing solution in the Phase I project. In a warehouse exceeding 20,000 square meters, high-density bin storage and a "bin-to-person" model increased warehouse capacity by 50%, solving the storage and efficient picking problems for 150,000 SKUs, and completing implementation within 6 months. The Intelligent Warehouse Management System (iWMS) meticulously manages the information of each bin and is deeply integrated with the AGV scheduling system, reducing the handling frequency of single-item orders by 20%, increasing picking efficiency by 50%, and reducing manpower input by approximately 40%.


Phase II of the Project (2024):

In the Phase II project, Hangcha Guozhi Intelligent pioneered the application of the multi-layer bin picking robot PICKING on a two-layer basis. Utilizing the same high-density racking design, it achieved the digitalization, intelligentization, and automation of the entire process of unpacking, packing, warehousing, picking, verification, and packaging within a limited space, helping customers cope with the logistical challenges of seasonal sales peaks.
Skyport can handle 8 bins at a time, helping PICKING improve handling efficiency by 30%. The conveyor line + lightning-fast sorting mode increases the re-picking rate by 20% and reduces handling frequency by 18%. Using PICKING in conjunction with Skyport, combining the conveyor line and lightning-fast sorting equipment, the overall picking efficiency of the Phase II project is doubled compared to the ground floor (Phase I project).
A circular conveyor line design between stations effectively handles peak and off-peak picking periods, reducing station staff waiting time for boxes and resulting in a more balanced workload.
