For this power distribution room scenario, a joint inspection system combining a robot and a fixed temperature measuring instrument was constructed. The system possesses AI-powered recognition capabilities, including meter identification, switch status recognition, indicator light recognition, alarm judgment, and temperature detection, achieving an inspection accuracy rate of ≥95%. The intelligent inspection platform adopts a B/S architecture, supporting access from both PC and mobile app platforms. It meets the requirements for domestic IT innovation (Kylin operating system + domestic database), and data storage satisfies at least two years for numerical data and at least 90 days for image data. This effectively replaces manual entry into high-risk areas of the power distribution room, improving inspection efficiency and intelligence.
