Solution Benefits

For the 35kV power station scenario in the oil and gas field, two inspection robots were deployed to cover the first and second floor power distribution rooms respectively. These robots, along with outdoor high-definition cameras, infrared dome cameras, and access control systems, formed a joint inspection system of "robots + fixed cameras." This optimized the workforce from 8 people in 4 groups to 4 people in 4 groups, saving 800,000 yuan in labor costs annually and enabling unmanned operation of the power station. The robots conduct inspections every two hours, covering 500 points per inspection, and performing 360-400 inspections per month with an accuracy rate exceeding 97%. Data is stored on the station's server and reported to a remote centralized control center. Combined with parameter comparisons from the integrated protection system, the system comprehensively monitors equipment operating status, effectively improving inspection efficiency and intelligence.
