To address the high-risk, flammable, and explosive operational scenarios at LNG storage stations, an explosion-proof intelligent inspection robot with the highest Ex d IIC T6 Gb explosion-proof certification is employed. The robot innovatively incorporates laser methane detection technology, enabling precise long-range identification of methane leaks with ppm-level accuracy and strong resistance to water vapor and dust interference. It also integrates an infrared flame detector, achieving millisecond-level open flame identification and effectively reducing false alarm rates. Furthermore, it integrates infrared thermal imaging, high-definition video recording, and multi-dimensional environmental sensing technologies to achieve comprehensive and three-dimensional perception of the station's equipment operating status. The robot possesses excellent all-terrain adaptability, allowing stable operation in complex conditions both inside and outside the cofferdam. This drives three core transformations in the safety management of LNG storage stations: from passive emergency response to proactive risk prevention; from fixed-point sampling inspection to seamless full-area coverage; and from high-risk human operations to intelligent machine replacement, building a solid and reliable "digital and intelligent safety defense line" for LNG storage stations.
