For explosion-proof scenarios at hydrogen production plants, explosion-proof wheeled inspection robots are deployed. These robots possess AI-powered visual recognition capabilities (automatic meter reading, leak detection, liquid level monitoring, and smoke/fire warning) and precise leak detection via acoustic imaging. They enable long-range, non-contact detection of hydrogen leaks and rapid location of potential hazards. Equipped with a lifting platform, the robots provide comprehensive, three-dimensional coverage. The management platform integrates with existing fixed cameras at the plant, enabling system linkage and data exchange. This effectively replaces manual labor in performing tedious, difficult, dangerous, and repetitive tasks, maintaining a stable accuracy rate of over 90%, and facilitating the digital and intelligent transformation of hydrogen production plants.
