For the Class I major hazard sources in the chlor-alkali plant area, explosion-proof wheeled and rail-mounted inspection robots were deployed, integrated with explosion-proof PTZ cameras for blind spot coverage, constructing a joint "robot + camera" inspection system. It possesses multi-dimensional sensing capabilities, including meter reading, leak detection, water accumulation detection, infrared thermography, and real-time H₂/Cl₂ monitoring, enabling high-frequency autonomous inspections of major hazard sources once per hour, with data transmitted back to the backend in real time and automatic anomaly warnings. The second phase of the project achieves unified platform management across the three workshops; the system is scalable and integrateable. It effectively replaces manual labor in performing tedious, difficult, dangerous, and repetitive tasks, reducing personnel safety risks and improving inspection efficiency, data accuracy, and hazard identification capabilities.
