1. On the production line, Hangcha Guozhi Intelligent Equipment equips each production station with mobile robots to operate the process flow. This significantly improves production efficiency, makes the manufacturing process safer, and better meets the highly flexible production requirements of future smart factories. Hangcha Guozhi Intelligent Equipment also provides a variety of robots, including gantry robots, collaborative robots, and flipping robots, as well as various non-standard customized assembly fixtures and collaborative tools, making the production process more flexible, efficient, and intelligent.

2. Hangcha Guozhi Intelligent Equipment's robots utilize the ANTS (Anti-Submersible Lifting Robot), the PICKING (Multi-layer Tote Box Picking Robot), and heavy-duty handling robots. These robots automatically dock with various carriers such as racks, pallets, and tote boxes, providing automated unloading, warehousing, automatic storage, outbound picking, and distribution of materials such as self-made parts, outsourced parts, and purchased components for the assembly lines of various types of excavators (five levels: extra-large, large, medium, small, and mini excavators) included in this project. 


3. Hangcha Guozhi Intelligent Robots categorizes materials within the factory into four types: large, medium, small, and standard parts. Large and medium parts are stored using ground-level storage, small parts using a combination of automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS) and partial ground-level storage, and standard parts using AS/RS. The RCS scheduling system, through algorithm optimization, enables collaborative and coordinated scheduling of multiple AGVs of various types throughout the factory. By combining various material ordering methods with storage and picking strategies, intelligent material delivery is achieved, significantly improving overall factory logistics efficiency.
