1. Fully automated equipment collaboration: Employing core equipment such as high-level stacker cranes, dual-mode RGV trolleys (circumferential/direct-transfer), vertical elevators, and chain/roller conveyors, this system comprehensively covers all stages of material handling, from palletized receiving, stacking, conveying, shelving, storage, unshelving, and outbound delivery. Twelve stacker cranes operate in parallel across multiple aisles, while eight circular RGVs and four direct-transfer RGVs enable efficient material flow across aisles. Seamless integration of all equipment ensures high-speed operation and long-term stability for inbound and outbound processes.
2. The system employs a three-tiered software architecture: Business Layer - Control Layer - Execution Layer. The Business Layer (ERP/Production Management System) only interfaces with the Control Layer (WMS Warehouse Management System/WCS Equipment Scheduling System). The Control Layer decomposes business instructions, optimizes task allocation, and performs global intelligent scheduling before distributing them to the execution layer's terminal devices. Each layer strictly adheres to the "instruction downlink, status uplink" operational logic, with no direct cross-layer connections, ensuring system stability and controllability and achieving a high degree of matching between business flow and information flow.
3. The system features a highly cohesive, loosely coupled, flexible design: each equipment subsystem can operate and be maintained independently. Through the WCS intelligent scheduling system, it achieves collaborative linkage across all equipment, meeting both single-stage independent operation needs and achieving full-process automated closed-loop. The system possesses strong flexible scalability, adapting to future upgrade needs for increased production capacity and expanded business scale.
4. Data connectivity and security: WMS interfaces with the enterprise's ERP and production systems via RESTful API and TCP/IP; WCS interfaces with... Profinet and OPC industrial protocol control terminal equipment; equipped with dual database backup, full-process operation log retention for ≥1 year, interface interlock protection and hierarchical role and permission control, comprehensively ensuring the safe, stable and continuous operation of the warehousing system.
