Solution

1. Full-process automated equipment collaboration: Utilizing forklift AGVs, four-way shuttles, elevators, robotic arms, and conveyor lines, covering all stages of pharmaceutical warehousing, storage, depalletizing, and outbound feeding. The robotic arm depalletizing cycle time is ≥200 bags/hour, and the AGV speed is 1.6m/s.


2. Three-layer software architecture: Business layer - Control layer - Execution layer. The business layer (production system/ERP) only interfaces with the control layer (WMS/AMS/WCS). The control layer decomposes instructions and schedules the execution layer (AGVs, four-way shuttles, robotic arms, etc.). Each layer operates on a "downward instruction, upward status" basis, with no direct cross-layer connections, ensuring stability and controllability.


3. High cohesion and low coupling system design: Each subsystem (AGV, four-way shuttle, robotic arm, etc.) can operate independently, connected through the WCS intelligent scheduling system, achieving overall intelligence and flexibility through parallel and sequential operation, and supporting future collaboration with external systems.


4. Data integration and security: WMS connects with the production system/ERP via RESTful API and TCP/IP; WCS controls equipment via Profinet and OPC protocols; it is equipped with database backup, operation log retention for ≥1 year, interface interlock protection, and role-based access control.
