This project achieved a "one-stop" delivery of the entire process, from hardware to software, through independent research and development and integrated management of core equipment such as stacker cranes, AGVs, conveyor systems, elevators, KBK devices, and steel platforms, as well as deep integration with WMS/WCS. This layout not only maximizes space utilization and operational efficiency through three-dimensional storage and path planning, but also flexibly handles various types of materials such as pallets and bins, adapting to complex business scenarios. Furthermore, a unified responsible entity significantly shortens the commissioning cycle and provides efficient operation and maintenance support.
