1. For the stator heat fitting process, the system features 15 cooling stations with strictly controlled cooling times. Once the stator is cooled to the required standard, the system dispatches AGVs to transport it to the loading station based on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) principle.
2. After the stator housing is assembled, an automated unloading robot arm picks it up and places it on a customized pallet. Each pallet has 66 housing placement positions and is equipped with dedicated tooling. Combined with the robot arm's vision system, the accuracy is controlled within ±0.3mm, ensuring high-precision loading and unloading operations for both upstream and downstream processes. After unloading by the robot arm, the AGV delivers the finished product to the final assembly line.
3. The AGVs are configured with an empty/full exchange logic corresponding to the equipment. That is, after carrying a full basket of materials from the unloading station to the loading station, the empty basket generated after the previous basket is loaded is carried back to the previous unloading area. This minimizes AGV idle time and manages empty AGVs, reducing the number of AGVs used.
