Automated transfer across floors
Full traceability
Solution

1. To address the challenges of material handling and production line delivery, a stacker crane, elevator, and AGV system are seamlessly integrated, vertically connecting the raw material warehouse and finished product warehouse across four floors. This enables automated cross-floor transfer of materials from warehousing, distribution, production to finished product delivery, completely eliminating physical barriers and significantly reducing manual handling and waiting time.

2. Fourteen forklift robots and fifteen lurking lifting robots are deployed, covering the entire process from raw material delivery to production line distribution, semi-finished product transfer, finished product warehousing, and pallet/retail picking. No human intervention is required, achieving an automated closed-loop logistics system within the factory. The robots utilize a hybrid navigation system of laser SLAM, vision, and QR codes, achieving ±5mm precise docking even in narrow passages and complex conditions with mixed pedestrian and vehicle traffic, ensuring operational reliability and safety.

3. The finished product delivery process simultaneously supports automated pallet AGV handling and retail picking. The system automatically switches modes according to order requirements, satisfying both high-volume delivery efficiency and flexible needs for small-batch, multi-variety shipments.

4. It integrates WMS/RCS systems to monitor four-layer inventory, AGV location, and equipment load rate in real time; all handling actions are bound to pallet codes for full traceability; it also features predictive maintenance alarms to proactively avoid failure risks and ensure stable operation 24/7.
