Hangcha Group is the leader in full line forklift manufacturing in China and among the top 8 in Industrial Trucks and Services in the world, and employs over 7,000 people worldwide.

Hangcha Group was founded in 1956. 70 years later, we continue to manufacture reliable material handling equipment. In 2016, Hangcha Group went public on Shanghai Stock Exchange. In 2025, more than 330,000 new Hangcha units were sold worldwide. Quality and innovation are two of the reasons that Hangcha products are distributed to more than 180 countries & regions with about 13% in global market share.

Now, we can offer a complete fleet of material handling equipment, from 1-48t internal combustion counterbalance forklift, 0.6-48t electric forklift trucks, warehouse equipment, 3-6t side loader, empty container handler, reach stacker, AGV and much more. Our annual production capacity is more than 400,000units thanks to the intelligent manufacturing factory.

In recent years, Hangcha Group has launched a series of new energy products varied from counterbalanced trucks, warehouse equipment and AGVs and we provide alternative solutions to diesel products, such li-ion, high-voltage li-ion and hydrogen fuel celltrucks, which can deliver the performance of an IC truck in terms of productivity and efficiency.

Intelligent Manufacturing

Hangcha intelligent manufacturing factory is composed of three parks supported by advanced equipment such as automatic assembly, automatic coating, automatic welding and automatic logistics, which can output 250,000 units a year and ensure timely delivery. In addition, Hangcha enjoys high digital production capacity with the help of robots & AGVs, which help ensure each product we made is perfect.

Advanced Testing Facilities

Now we have 1 national approved testing center & 3 vehicle testing sites with more than 130 sets advanced testing facilities, covering a total of 26,000m2 area. The first one based in Qingshan Park can meet the requirements of key components and vehicle performance tests for industrial vehicles such as counterweight forklifts and tractors. Another One Hangzhong Park test site can carry out CNAS certification test of class II and III vehicles, which fully simulates the actual working conditions of elevated warehouse. It covers an area of 3,000 square meters, with 112 loading positions, platform height of 16.3 meters and maximum load of 3.4 tons.

Strong R&D Team

Hangcha Group has a very strong R&D team with five forklift research institutes, four parts research institutes, one technique research institute, one test center and one AGV project team, which enable to customize forklift trucks for our customers in a very quick response.
