Grace Smart Logistics Software Platform
The HCGZ Grace Smart Logistics Software Platform integrates two core platforms: the Grace WMS Intelligent Warehouse Management System and the Grace Control System scheduling platform. It is widely used in industries such as automotive manufacturing, e-commerce warehousing, photovoltaics, and construction machinery. The platform seamlessly interfaces with enterprise-level systems and equipment, offers extensive functional scalability, and can be rapidly adapted to a wide range of business scenarios. It supports large-scale operating environments and fleet scheduling for multiple vehicle types, enabling efficient, balanced, and stable material handling operations.
Grace WMS
The HCGZ Grace WMS system addresses the diverse warehouse management needs of the manufacturing and e-commerce industries and is available in multiple versions, including WMS-LES, WMS-WCS, and WMS-LTS. It is suitable for industrial buffer warehouses and line-side warehouses, dock buffer areas and manual handover stations, inter-floor material handling, and e-commerce logistics warehouses. The system supports wave planning, picking route optimization, and task priority management, covering the entire process of inbound, outbound, and in-warehouse operations. The system provides visual dashboards and multidimensional reports that display warehouse operations in real time, issue exception alerts, and support decision-making. Based on a microservices architecture, it supports cloud deployment and seamless integration with external systems such as ERP, MES, and SRM, helping enterprises digitalize and intelligently manage their warehousing operations.
