Jiangsu Nate New Energy Vehicle Connection System Co., Ltd., in collaboration with Hangcha Guozhi Intelligent Equipment, has built a fully automated logistics system from raw material wire warehousing to finished product output. This system enables automatic raw material wire entry and exit, AGV-based line-side delivery of finished products, intelligent warehousing of semi-finished products, automatic AGV docking with cold heading and heat treatment production lines, and RGV-linked automatic material handling equipment in the vertical warehouse to supply materials to the wire rolling and tapping lines. Finished products are automatically stored in the warehouse by AGVs, forming a complete closed-loop logistics system. The project integrates heavy-duty stacker cranes, heavy-duty AGVs, customized iron drum AGVs, conveyor lines, elevators, shuttle cars, automatic material handling lines, and other intelligent equipment, achieving seamless material flow throughout the entire process and helping the company become a benchmark for intelligent transformation and digitalization in the national fastener industry.
