This project provides a customized full-scenario solution for intelligent inspection robots for a smart power plant, serving as a core support for the plant's digital and intelligent transformation. Addressing the complex operating environment of the plant, the project deployed a cluster of customized wheeled inspection and operation robots in key areas such as the booster station, main plant, 10kV coal conveying distribution room, and 380V water treatment distribution room. Relying on a collaborative system of "robots + fixed-point monitoring," the system achieves full-process functions including meter and pipeline identification, 24-hour infrared temperature measurement, and autonomous operation of distribution cabinets. Robots replace traditional manual inspections, reshaping the plant's inspection model and reducing the manpower burden and safety risks associated with maintenance. As a benchmark project for a full-scenario smart power plant, it promotes the automation upgrade of core equipment maintenance, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the units.
