Traditional inspections of the 35kV power station in the Southwest Oil and Gas Field are primarily manual, resulting in low efficiency and inconsistent quality due to factors such as personnel condition and subjective biases. To upgrade the operation and maintenance model from mechanization to intelligence, the power station employs two intelligent inspection robots to conduct daily inspections of the main control room on the first floor, the UPS room, the low-voltage distribution room, and the high-voltage distribution room on the second floor. These robots are integrated with high-definition cameras, infrared PTZ cameras, and access control systems to create a comprehensive security inspection system, enabling unmanned operation of the power station. Inspection data is stored in real-time on the branch plant's server and uploaded to a remote centralized control center via a dedicated internal network. Maintenance personnel can remotely monitor and inspect each site without on-site supervision, significantly improving operational efficiency and safety.
