This project utilizes a combined deployment of explosion-proof wheeled inspection robots, rail-mounted inspection robots, and explosion-proof PTZ cameras to achieve autonomous inspection and intelligent management of electrolytic cell areas and liquid chlorine storage tank areas. The system possesses core functions such as meter reading, leak detection, water accumulation detection, ambient gas monitoring (H₂/Cl₂), and infrared thermography, effectively replacing manual inspections, reducing workload, and improving inspection efficiency and the accuracy of results. Following the successful application of the first phase, the second phase further expanded to unified management across multiple workshops, forming a mature model of "robot + camera" joint inspection and multi-system integration, providing reliable support for hazard identification and intelligent upgrading in chemical enterprises.
