For many years, Hangcha Guozhi Intelligent has been providing intelligent logistics upgrades for the manufacturing workshops of large, medium, small, and mini excavators under a leading group in the construction machinery industry. We optimized the logistics layout and customized flexible logistics solutions based on the existing production processes of the plant's structural components and final assembly workshops. Using 121 AGVs, we established a flexible assembly line for mini excavators and an inter-workshop logistics transfer system, creating an industry benchmark project. Relying on Hangcha Guozhi Intelligent's REX scheduling system and leveraging data-driven algorithms, intelligent production scheduling was achieved, resulting in 81.89% automated material handling and a 54.55% reduction in manufacturing cycle time. Simultaneously, by combining digital twin and logistics simulation technologies to collect real-time production data, we helped the company build an efficient production model and strengthen its core competitiveness in intelligent manufacturing.
