The Zhejiang Haining Juxing Technology factory has built an automated warehousing system around palletized materials for hardware tools and industrial products, efficiently meeting the needs of inbound and outbound logistics. Before the renovation, a traditional flat warehouse was used, resulting in low space utilization, insufficient storage capacity, poor manual handling efficiency, opaque inventory control, and significant risks associated with mixed personnel and vehicle traffic. The operational pace was also difficult to adapt to large-scale production and delivery turnover. The project integrated high-bay stacker cranes, RGV carts, vertical lifts, automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS), and conveyor lines, along with a WMS/WCS intelligent management system, to create a 20.8-meter-high automated warehouse with nearly 20,000 standard storage locations, achieving high-density warehousing. The entire process—from inbound, palletizing, conveying, storage, and outbound—is digitized and automated, enabling unmanned warehousing operations and significantly improving warehouse turnover efficiency and space utilization.
