On May 30th, Lei Jun, founder of Xiaomi Group, along with Shu Qi, brand ambassador for Xiaomi Auto, visited the Xiaomi Auto Super Factory in Tongzhou, Beijing, to explore this intelligent benchmark factory and experience firsthand the technological charm of the automotive manufacturing process.

The Xiaomi Auto Super Factory officially began operation in 2024. As one of the world's most modern and intelligent factories, it utilizes the intelligent logistics solution provided by Hangcha Guozhi Intelligent Equipment. For the past two years, it has operated stably, meeting Xiaomi Auto's high-quality and high-volume delivery requirements and providing a solid guarantee for its rapid production and steady output growth.

In the body shop and die-casting workshop, Hangcha Guozhi's intelligent logistics robots, including the A10, A15, 2T heavy-duty handling robots, and P4-X, automatically complete dozens of different carrier docking and handling tasks, including handling extra-long and extra-wide heavy materials, meeting the 7mm process accuracy requirement and automatically handling nearly 200 storage locations. The P4-X's forks dynamically adjust to flexibly accommodate various box types of different sizes. The A15 handles high-temperature materials with temperatures approaching 100℃ in the die-casting workshop, fully demonstrating its excellent high-temperature resistance. The system supports mixed operation of multiple vehicle types, and with its global scheduling algorithm, it efficiently completes the intelligent matching of over 100 logistics robots with hundreds of tasks. At the same time, Hangcha Guozhi's intelligent RCS system integrates with Xiaomi's WCS system to optimize the use logic of narrow storage locations, eliminating the need to reserve empty spaces when switching between empty and full material carts, significantly improving logistics efficiency.
