
On March 26, 2026, Zhejiang Hangcha Guozhi Intelligent Technology Robot Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Hangcha Okamura Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., and Surui Intelligent (Mingguang) Co., Ltd. reached a strategic cooperation agreement. In the future, they will carry out in-depth collaboration around the four-way shuttle solution, fully integrate technology, product and market resources in the field of intelligent logistics, and work together to build a new ecosystem for high-quality development of the intelligent warehousing industry.

The signing ceremony was held in Huzhou, Zhejiang Province. Ren Haihua, founder and general manager of Hangcha Guozhi Intelligent, and Xu Qingbo, chairman of Surui Intelligent (Mingguang) Co., Ltd., attended the ceremony and jointly signed a strategic cooperation agreement.
Zhejiang Hangcha Guozhi Intelligent Technology Robot Co., Ltd., relying on the nearly 70 years of industry experience of Hangcha Group, focuses on intelligent logistics overall solutions, building three major business systems: AGV/AMR, intelligent inspection, and system integration. Its core products include mobile robots, inspection robots, and intelligent automated warehouses, which can be adapted to complex application scenarios in multiple industries. The company collaborates with industry chain partners to build an intelligent logistics industry ecosystem, helping China's "smart factories" achieve full-chain upgrades.

Surui Intelligent's "Columbus" brand focuses on the research, design and manufacturing of pallet handling robots (PTR). In 2012, its world's first intelligent four-way shuttle vehicle was developed, which took the lead in proposing the concept of high-density intelligent warehousing (with storage capacity doubled compared to manual operation warehouses), reshaping the industry standard for intelligent warehousing.
