Recently, the Tianjin warehousing base of Guoke Hengtai, a benchmark enterprise in the medical and health supply chain service, ushered in an intelligent logistics innovation. Hangcha Guozhi Intelligent tailored a full-process solution of "intelligent logistics robot + intelligent scheduling + digital twin" for it, which promoted the base to realize the automation of warehousing operations and the digital transformation of management.

Facing the complex warehousing needs involving over 20 product lines and more than 2,800 SKUs across orthopedics, cardiology, and neurosurgery, as well as the stringent requirements of end-to-end traceability and precise delivery in the medical device distribution sector, Hangcha Guozhi Intelligent has implemented refined warehouse capacity planning for over 25,000 standard bin locations and approximately 400 sets of large-item shelving. Centered on multiple multi-layer bin picking robots (PICKING), it achieves efficient transfer with a positioning accuracy of ±5mm. Combined with 14 intelligent workstations, it forms a fully automated process of "receiving-warehousing-storage-picking-verification-shipment." An innovative flexible switching design can dynamically respond to order peaks, and a 3D digital twin system displays operational data in real-time on a large screen, fully realizing "end-to-end visibility and traceability."

During the project implementation, the Hangcha Guozhi Intelligent team overcame engineering challenges such as ground relocation and multi-system integration, completing the entire lifecycle delivery from solution design to production in just 6 months. After commissioning, the overall warehouse capacity increased by 34%, inbound and outbound efficiency increased by 1.5 times, labor costs decreased by 20%, and order picking accuracy reached 99.99%.

As the first benchmark project of Guoke Hengtai in exploring unmanned warehousing operations, the project transformed a total warehouse area of ​​6,800 square meters. Addressing the inefficiency pain points of "people finding goods and manual handling" in traditional warehousing, it created a brand-new end-to-end solution with intelligent logistics robots as the core, integrating WMS warehouse management, storage location management, vehicle control and other systems to achieve precise "goods to people" delivery, automatically complete tasks such as storage location handling, goods entering and leaving the warehouse, and warehouse sorting, and fully realize intelligent management and control of logistics.
