Visual_Grace
3D Digital Twin Visualization
The system visualizes plant-wide logistics operations to create a digital factory. It displays AGV status and tasks, real-time AGV travel paths and alarm information, process order information, and equipment interaction information, while providing dynamic data statistics to support business decisions and improve production efficiency.
AGV Control
Supports traffic release, suspension, and removal from scheduling for individual AGVs or multiple AGVs in batches. A One-Click Recovery button enables AGVs to quickly resume operation after faults have been resolved.
Order Monitoring
Supports the viewing of order details and interaction records by business process. The order list can be filtered by status, including Pending Assignment, In Progress, Fault, and Blocked.
Alarm Visualization
The real-time monitoring homepage prominently displays the current numbers of blocked and faulty orders, while subpages provide detailed error information for AGVs and orders, enabling rapid identification of on-site abnormalities.
Comprehensive System Operation Monitoring
Comprehensively monitors server system performance, software module status, and database performance, and issues timely early warnings when abnormalities are detected.
Visual Analysis of System Operational Data
Provides statistical analysis and visualization of plant-wide operational data across multiple dimensions, including orders, AGVs, charging stations, and alarms. Intelligent reports provide a rapid and comprehensive overview of system operation. Faults are categorized and summarized in heatmaps, with playback supported to facilitate the rapid identification and resolution of abnormalities and significantly improve operations and maintenance capabilities.
Visual_Grace
RobotMonitor-3D digital twin software collects, integrates, and cleans operational data from RCS-Xpress 2.0 and production equipment in real time. It creates a digital representation and real-time simulation of the physical system and visualizes plant-wide logistics operations in 3D to build a digital factory. It displays real-time AGV status and tasks, AGV travel paths and alarm information, process order information, and equipment interaction information, while providing dynamic data analytics to support business decisions and improve production efficiency.

Based on the parameters and operating characteristics of elements in actual operating environments, digital twin models are created for the full range of Guozi robot vehicles, racking systems, production equipment, and other assets.

Multi-Dimensional Information Visualization
Displays the real-time status, tasks, travel paths, and alarm information of all AGVs, as well as process order information and equipment interaction information.

Configurable Scene Layout
Supports layout configuration for various physical models, enabling rapid adaptation to changes in the operating environment.

Immersive 720° Panoramic Visualization
The 3D digital twin provides immersive visualization from multiple viewing angles, enabling users to obtain both a complete overview of the operating environment and detailed information on key areas remotely. It also provides decision support for improving AGV operating efficiency.
RobotSim-pro/RobotSim-lite
RobotSim-pro and RobotSim-slim are simulation software products designed for production logistics and warehouse logistics automation systems across industries. They can automatically generate and dispatch orders based on business processes and cycle times, provide order data statistics, and effectively evaluate proposed solutions for logistics automation projects.
RobotSim-pro Full-Fidelity Simulation
uses hardware-driven simulation technology to accurately reproduce AGV chassis movements, line-following navigation, load pickup and drop-off operations, and interactions with PLC-controlled equipment. It can simulate various abnormal conditions, including network disconnections, communication delays, and AGV faults, producing results that closely reflect actual system operation.
RobotSim-lite Lightweight Simulation
AGV chassis movements and line-following navigation are simplified as travel along predefined task routes at specified speeds, while the time required for load pickup and drop-off operations is represented by configurable delays. This reduces the storage and computing resources required by the simulation server, allowing a standard laptop to simulate projects involving 100 AGVs at simulation speeds of up to five times real time. Projects involving more than 500 AGVs can also be simulated with ease.
